1. Definitions

2. Account Registration

4.4 Deposit Fees

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

zd555 targets a 15-minute processing time for standard withdrawals. The actual time to receive funds depends on the payment method: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes around the clock, seven days a week. IBFT bank transfers complete within two hours during banking hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within 30 minutes.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must be wagered according to the applicable bonus terms before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• If a bonus is active in your account at the time of withdrawal request, only your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings) will be paid out unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

For example: a Rs 10,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 200,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement and qualifying games are stated clearly with each bonus offer. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.

6.3 Welcome Bonus Terms

• Available to new players making their first deposit at zd555 only.
• Maximum welcome bonus amount is specified in the current promotion terms at the time of claim.
• The deposit triggering the welcome bonus must not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met — doing so forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Cashback Bonuses

Weekly cashback offered through the zd555 VIP Club is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to accounts every Monday. Cashback is subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

No obligation exists to pay out winnings generated as a result of a known or demonstrable software error. Where a malfunction cannot be fully attributed, zd555 may offer a goodwill gesture at its sole discretion.

8. Sportsbook Rules (PSL Betting)

8.1 Bet Acceptance

zd555 accepts bets on PSL and other cricket markets at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Pre-match odds are available up until the first delivery. In-play markets open at the toss and close between deliveries. Ball-by-ball markets open and close within seconds — any bet submitted after a market has closed will be rejected automatically and your stake will not be deducted.

8.2 Settlement Rules

All PSL betting markets at zd555 settle on the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant governing body. In-play bets that were accepted before an event that materially changed the market — including a wide, a no-ball or a power play switch — settle on the outcome as it occurred, not as intended. DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) adjusted results are accepted as official results for all match winner and total runs markets.

8.3 Abandoned Matches

If a PSL match is abandoned before a result is achievable under DLS — typically before five overs per side have been completed — all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before the abandonment stand. All-in markets (where no void applies) will be settled according to the specific terms stated at the time of market opening.

8.4 Maximum Sportsbook Winnings

The maximum single payout on any zd555 PSL or sportsbook bet is Rs 5,000,000 per event, regardless of the odds or stake. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum amount. This limit applies to combined winnings from accumulator bets involving a single event.

9. VIP Club Terms

The zd555 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is free and automatic — all registered players begin at Bronze level. Progression is based on total qualifying real-money wagering volume in a rolling 30-day period.

9.1 Tier Benefits

Each VIP tier at zd555 carries specific weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal priority levels, maximum withdrawal amounts and access to tier-exclusive bonus events. The current benefit schedule for each tier is published on the VIP Club page and may be updated with 14 days' notice to members. Where benefits are reduced, existing members will have 14 days at their current benefit level after the change takes effect.

9.2 Tier Maintenance

VIP tier status is reviewed monthly. Players who do not meet the minimum wagering threshold for their current tier in any calendar month may be downgraded to the tier corresponding to their actual wagering volume. zd555 will notify players of any downgrade via their registered email or in-account notification at least 72 hours before the change takes effect.

9.3 VIP Club Termination

zd555 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club at any time if that player is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or suspected of any prohibited conduct. No compensation is payable for loss of VIP status in such cases.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zd555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one zd555 account simultaneously for any purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms, wagering requirements or promotions in ways not intended by zd555, including matched betting, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• Use of automated software: Operating bots, scripts, AI decision engines or any software that automates betting or gaming actions on zd555 without explicit written permission.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent payment claims, disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider, or using stolen or unauthorised payment details for deposits.
• Money laundering: Using zd555 as a conduit for disguising the origin of funds. zd555 is required to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or exploit table dynamics in a way that disadvantages other players or the platform.
• Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to zd555 by any person under the age of 18, whether by sharing account credentials or by failing to secure your device.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your zd555 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus is active unless you agree to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. Account closure does not automatically cancel any active responsible gaming tools — these must be managed separately if you wish to re-register with zd555 in future.

11.2 Closure by zd555

zd555 reserves the right to close any account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned via the original deposit method after deducting any amounts owed to zd555. Where closure is initiated by zd555 for reasons unrelated to player fault, all outstanding real-money balances will be returned in full.

12. Responsible Gaming

zd555 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe gambling is entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered players and can be activated directly within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time limits — automatic logout after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality checks — timed on-screen notifications showing time spent and net gaming activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

zd555 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about the uninterrupted availability of any service. Our liability to any player for any claim arising from use of zd555 is limited to the total value of deposits made in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from: your reliance on information displayed on the platform; network connectivity issues on your device; actions taken by third-party payment processors; or betting decisions made based on incorrect information where the error was not caused by zd555.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

zd555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — particularly those affecting bonus terms, withdrawal conditions or player rights — we will notify registered players via their registered email address or in-account notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the zd555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance without penalty.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing terms and changes to reflect updated legal requirements — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision.
